Hon. Albert Akuka Alalzuuga is a Ghanaian politician representing the Garu Constituency in the Upper East Region. Born on February 28, 1968, he is a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Cape Coast and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Tamale Polytechnic​.
